All Tickets Venice
Privacy policy of alltickets.venice.it
There are no accounts on alltickets.venice.it, no sign-ups and no profiling cookies of ours. What remains is the server's technical logs and the cookies set by the Tiqets booking widgets. This page explains all of it, line by line.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This page describes how alltickets.venice.it processes the personal data of the people who visit it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and Italian data protection law. The text is deliberately short, because the site collects very little: it is an editorial site, not a shop.
Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of alltickets.venice.it ``. The contact point for anything to do with personal data is support@alltickets.venice.it.
What the site does not do
- There are no accounts. No registration, no login, no user profiles and no members' area: no password and no personal details are collected.
- There are no profiling cookies of ours. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, builds no user profiles and does no retargeting.
- We do not sell tickets. No payment data, no billing address and no booking details pass through this site.
- There is no newsletter. We keep no mailing lists and send no marketing.
What is actually processed
Server logs. Like every site reachable on the internet, the infrastructure hosting these pages records the technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and operating system, and the response status. These are used solely to deliver the service, diagnose faults and defend the site against abuse and intrusion attempts. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: limited to the period technically necessary ``.
Emails to the editorial team. If you write to support@alltickets.venice.it we process the sender's address and the content of the message in order to reply and, where it is an error report, to correct the page concerned. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or compliance with a legal obligation where the request concerns the exercise of GDPR rights. We do not use that address for anything else and we do not pass it to anyone.
Tiqets widgets and links: third-party cookies
Some pages embed widgets and product cards supplied by Tiqets, the platform we have an affiliate relationship with. When those elements load, or when you follow a link through to the platform, Tiqets may set cookies or similar technologies on your device, typically to make the widget work, to measure traffic and to attribute bookings correctly to the affiliate that generated them.
That is processing carried out independently by a third party, over which we have no control, and the details are set out in Tiqets' own privacy policy: https://www.tiqets.com/en/privacy/
If you would rather limit these cookies, you can block or delete them in your browser settings, or browse in a private window: the pages stay readable, but the booking widgets may not work properly.
Who receives the data
Data is not sold, traded or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed, within the limits of their roles, by our hosting provider and our email provider, acting as processors. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area: where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data relating to them.
Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the right to:
- obtain access to your data and a copy of it (Article 15);
- ask for it to be rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete (Article 16);
- ask for its erasure (Article 17);
- obtain restriction of processing (Article 18);
- receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller, where applicable (portability, Article 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21);
- withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any of these, simply write to support@alltickets.venice.it saying which right you wish to exercise. We reply within the deadlines set by Article 12 GDPR, normally within one month. Since we keep no accounts and no user records, in most cases the only data we hold about you is whatever email correspondence there has been.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — www.garanteprivacy.it), or take the matter to court.
