Contact: writing to the alltickets.venice.it editorial team

One address for everything: support@alltickets.venice.it. We reply within two working days. This page explains what we can sort out and what has to go to the platform you booked with.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

For anything to do with this site there is one address: support@alltickets.venice.it. We do not use contact forms, phone numbers or private messages on social media. A single inbox means nothing falls down the gap between channels.

Response times

We reply within two working days. Emails arriving on a Friday evening, at the weekend or during an Italian public holiday are counted from the next working day. If you have heard nothing after three working days, the reply has almost certainly landed in your spam folder: check there before writing again.

To get a useful answer to your first email, always tell us:

  • the address of the page you mean (the full URL);
  • the detail you think is wrong, and what you found instead;
  • your source, if you have one (the museum's official site, your ticket, a sign at the entrance, a screenshot).

What we can do

  • Correct prices, opening hours, entry rules and practical details that are wrong or out of date.
  • Explain the differences between ticket types, passes and combos, and what each one actually covers.
  • Clarify how the Venice access fee works and what attraction tickets do not include.
  • Answer questions about how we work, how we make money and where our facts come from: the about page is the starting point.
  • Handle requests about your personal data, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Consider requests to correct or remove a photo credit.

What we cannot do

This site does not sell tickets and has no access to any booking system. So we cannot:

  • issue, cancel, move or duplicate a ticket;
  • change the date, the time slot or the number of people on a booking;
  • give refunds, chargebacks or credit notes of any kind;
  • check the status of a payment or an order;
  • step in when entry is refused at the attraction;
  • resend a voucher that never reached you.

Anything to do with an order goes to the customer support team at Tiqets, or at whichever platform took your payment. The right channel is named in your booking confirmation email, which also carries the order code you will be asked for: without that code no support team can find the booking. Cancellation terms, refund timings and the quality of Tiqets' customer service are covered in our independent Tiqets review.

If you bought at the museum's own ticket office or on the attraction's official website, the museum or the body that runs it is who you deal with, not an online platform.

Reporting an error in our content

Error reports are the category of email we treat most carefully, because a wrong price costs the reader time and money.

Write to support@alltickets.venice.it with "Error" in the subject line, followed by the name of the page. Tell us which paragraph or table is affected and, if you can, attach the evidence: a photo of the price list at the entrance, a link to the museum's official page, the receipt showing what you actually paid. A report with no source is still useful, but with one the correction happens far sooner.

What happens next:

  1. Acknowledgement. We confirm we have picked up the report within two working days.
  2. Checking. We recheck the detail against the operator's official source. If the source confirms the error, the page is corrected straight away.
  3. If the detail cannot be verified. The figure stays on the page with an explicit note that it needs confirming, rather than being presented as certain.
  4. The revision date. The date at the foot of the page changes only when the content genuinely changes: we do not move it to make dormant pages look fresh.

We never publish the name of the person reporting an error, and we do not use the email address for anything else. Terms of use are in the terms; how we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

What is the email address for alltickets.venice.it?
support@alltickets.venice.it. It is the only official channel: we do not run support through social media, chat or a phone line.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two working days. Reports of errors in our content go to the front of the queue; anything sent at the weekend or on an Italian public holiday is counted from the next working day.
Can you cancel or change my booking?
No. The booking is a contract between you and the platform you paid, and only its customer support can change it, move it or refund it. You will need the order code sent to you by email when you bought.
My ticket never arrived by email. What do I do?
Check your spam folder and the address you gave at checkout, then contact the seller's support quoting your order code. We have no access to booking systems and cannot resend a voucher.
Do you accept sponsored content or link exchanges?
No. We do not publish paid articles, commissioned reviews or bought links, and offers of that kind get no reply.
