Terms of use of alltickets.venice.it

The rules for using alltickets.venice.it: what this site is, what weight the published figures carry, who is responsible for what when you book, and how the text and photographs are handled.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Using alltickets.venice.it ("the site") means accepting the terms set out below. Anyone who does not accept them is simply asked not to use the site.

What this site is

The site is an independent editorial project, running since 2026, which publishes information about tickets, opening hours, fares, transport and booking platforms in Venice. It is not the official website of any museum, church, theatre, public body or tour operator, it does not represent their interests and it does not act on their behalf. The names, trade marks and titles of the attractions mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, for information.

The site does not sell tickets, does not issue vouchers, does not take payments and does not manage bookings.

Affiliate relationship

The site takes part in the Tiqets affiliate programme. Some links and some product cards are tracked: if you complete a purchase after using them, the site's publisher receives a commission paid by the platform out of its own margin.

This means that:

  • the price you pay carries no mark-up compared with the platform's own price;
  • the contract of sale is concluded solely between you and the selling platform, on that platform's terms and conditions;
  • payment, issue of the ticket, cancellations, changes, refunds and customer support remain the exclusive responsibility of the selling platform and/or the operator of the attraction;
  • the site's publisher is not a party to that contract and is not answerable for its performance.

Published information and limits of liability

The content is provided for general information. Prices, opening hours, opening calendars, entry conditions and availability change frequently, for reasons outside our control, and sometimes with immediate effect. Before buying, or before turning up at an entrance, you should check the details against the attraction operator's official source and against the selling platform: what those sources say prevails, not what appears on these pages.

To the extent permitted by law, the site's publisher is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from: information that has become inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; interruptions, faults or unavailability of the site; or travel decisions, purchases, missed admissions or expenses incurred on the basis of the published content. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, tax or insurance advice.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience: the site's publisher does not control that content and is not answerable for those sites' policies, terms or commercial practices.

The access fee and obligations towards third parties

Information about the access fee for the historic centre of Venice, and about other obligations imposed by the local authorities, is given for information only. Those amounts are payable solely through the official channels indicated by the City of Venice and are not included in any ticket bought through the platforms mentioned here. Checking your own position, any exemptions and any obligations remains your responsibility.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, selections and page structure are the work of the editorial team and are protected by copyright law. Short extracts may be quoted with attribution and an active link to the page they come from. Reproduction in full, translation, systematic republication and bulk extraction of the content, including by automated means, are not permitted without written consent.

The photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their respective Creative Commons licences or as public domain works. The author, the licence and a link to the original file are given for each image on the photo credits page, which also explains how to ask for an attribution to be corrected or an image to be taken down.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to run automated data collection that places an abnormal load on the infrastructure. The publisher may restrict access where the site is being misused.

Personal data

The processing of personal data, the third-party cookies set by the booking widgets and the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 are described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in how the site operates. The version published on this page, carrying the revision date shown, is the only one that applies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between you and the site's publisher is governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the court of ``. Where you qualify as a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the Italian Consumer Code continue to apply in full, including the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or chosen domicile.
